Overview

** For running the BOINC client you will need to give executable permissions to the BOINC file. **

Win the prize for the fastest credit obtained, and for the most credit for any AIMS Team in 24 hours.

Report in your Team Wiki pages how you tried to meet the Objective.

Download the standard BOINC Manager from the BOINC homepage http://boinc.berkeley.edu

Attach to the BOINC project malariacontrol.net ("mcdn" for short) and then:

** PLEASE TELL INSTRUCTOR NICOLAS MAIRE AS SOON AS THIS HAS BEEN DONE **

Set your run preferences to allow you to work comfortably on the machine but to let BOINC gain as much credit as possible.

** A PRIZE WILL BE GIVEN TO THE PERSON WHO FIRST RECEIVES "GRANTED CREDIT" FROM THE MCDN PROJECT **

Form a BOINC Team with your two exercise partners and give it a name.

** ANOTHER PRIZE WILL BE GIVEN TO THE TEAM WITH THE MOST (GRANTED + PENDING MCDN CREDIT) IN 24 HOURS **
